18|8 Naperville – Salon Policy
This is a reminder that beginning October 1, 2022, our No-Show/Cancellation Policy is being updated.
We are implementing a new Cancellation/No-Show Policy that requires all guests to have a form of payment on file*.
The terms and conditions of our updated policy are as follows:
- Canceling or rescheduling an appointment 3 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of your services.
- No-call/no-showing your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of your services.
- Arriving 10+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment will be treated as a no-call/no-show.
- If you have a Membership, points will be deducted for a rescheduled or missed haircut. Clean-ups will be charged the non-member price.
If you have an existing appointment booked, we will be contacting you to update payment information, as well as updating your contact information if need be.
If you are unable to accept these terms, we welcome you to make a same-day appointment by calling 630-457-1880. Please note that making a same-day appointment often limits the availability of your preferred stylist.
