Larissa joined 18|8 immediately after graduating from cosmetology school in Eau Claire. She proved herself to be a true Milwaukeean by closing Wolski’s her first month here, and then showed she had the chops to succeed in the barbering industry by becoming the first candidate to ever complete our intensive apprentice program. Over time, she has developed into one of the most technically proficient barbers in town and has even done a stint as an instructor at one of the top cosmetology schools in the area. Larissa chose to focus on men’s hair because the precision and attention to detail required perfectly match her technical skillset. And those talents extend well beyond the clippers and shears, as she has been playing the piano for 20 years and the violin for fourteen.
