Coming from a family of 18 gave Aimee plenty of opportunities to practice her craft. Eventually she and her sister would run a successful beauty salon for many years, but she knew that ultimately she wanted to focus on men’s hair. Shortly after shifting her career into the world of barbering, Aimee discovered 18|8 and it’s been a perfect marriage ever since. She has a meticulous attention to detail, loves texture, and is an expert at finishing and styling. She has also challenged herself to master the art of the straight razor shave, including traveling out-of-state to study under some of the world’s tops barbers. When she isn’t using her creativity to make her guests look and feel their best, you might find her working in her impressive vegetable garden or relaxing on the patio at Bel Air Cantina.
