To recognize, thank, and offer a confidence boost to those Frontline Heroes who helped get the community through the Coronavirus Pandemic.

**Eligible Healthcare Heroes are those individuals that have been on the frontlines saving lives during this pandemic. To receive your free service, Eligible Healthcare Heroes who register online will receive a certificate by email to redeem their free service. Heroes may be subject to eligibility verification at the time of redemption through an employee ID, photo, business card, or other proof.

What is the offer?
Eligible Healthcare Heroes will enjoy a one-time free classic haircut as a thank you for their support during the pandemic.

When is the offer valid?
The Heroes offer is valid for one-time use per Healthcare Hero on a single service of their choice from the time the first center re-opens until June 30th, 2020.

What if I booked my appointment before June 30th, 2020 but my service was performed after that date?
Services received after June 30, 2020, are not eligible for the offer.

How can eligible Healthcare Heroes receive their free service certificate?  Complete above the form. Registrants will receive an email confirming receipt of their registration within 24 hours.  Offer only available at the 18|8 Fine Men’s Salon in River North.

How do I redeem my service? Redemption will be as simple as presenting your email certificate and proof of eligibility in the salon at the time of service. Full details on booking reservations and redeeming a free Healthcare Hero service can be found in the certificate that email registrants receive once we open.

I am a Healthcare Hero and I registered but I have not received my certificate to redeem my free service. When will I get my certificate?  Registered Healthcare Heroes will receive their email certificate once we open.

What proof of eligibility is required?  A valid employee ID, business card, dated photo of associate at work, or paystub.
